- Arrive for bike drop-off at 7:30 AM. A 10-minute grace period applies; after that, the bikes return to the shop and you're responsible for transportation and collecting them.
- Return your bikes for collection at 4:30 PM. A 10-minute grace period applies; after that, you're responsible for returning the bikes yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice for a 95% refund or credit. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
