- Ride e-bikes only on paved roads and paths; gravel and dirt trails are not allowed
- Wear water shoes; flip-flops are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
FAQs
Bring a reusable water bottle, car keys, sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a swimsuit, and water shoes. Flip-flops are not allowed.
Leave your wallet, jewelry, watches, and other valuables in your locked car. A dry bag is provided for your keys, bike clothes, tennis shoes, and phone.
