• Requires the physical ability to operate an e-bike safely, with no medical or physical condition that impairs safe riding. Riding while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication or fatigue is prohibited
• Delivery beyond 10 miles of North Myrtle Beach may incur an additional delivery fee, not included in the listed price
• You are financially responsible for equipment damage, lost items and theft due to negligence. Separate charges may apply for repairs, replacement, cleaning, recovery, administration, rental extensions, late returns or unauthorized retention; these are not included in the listed price
• Delivery is available only for rentals of 24 hours or longer. Two-hour and four-hour rentals require shop pickup
• A liability waiver is required. It includes acceptance of cycling risks, release of claims for ordinary negligence and responsibility for certain third-party claims
• Inspect the bike and equipment before departure, and stop riding immediately if an operating problem arises
• Follow South Carolina traffic laws, local ordinances, bike-path rules, helmet regulations, beach restrictions and property-access rules
• Do not race, ride recklessly, perform stunts or jumps, tow, carry passengers unless manufacturer-approved, or ride off-road without approval. Keep the bike out of prohibited areas, water and surf, and avoid saltwater exposure
• Do not lend, sublease or use the bike commercially, allow unauthorized riders, alter equipment, tamper with the battery, substitute chargers or disable tracking or security systems. Prohibited use may end your rental immediately
• Return the bike and all equipment by the end of your rental
