Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before your start date for a full refund or credit. Within 72 hours, cancellations and no-shows incur the full price. Severe or unsafe trail weather on your ride day may allow rescheduling, subject to availability. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Reservations are non-transferable.
