- Ages 13+ only; riders ages 13–17 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid driver’s license
- Valid driver’s license or ID and a signed renter waiver are required for each rider
- Complete a brief e-bike operation tutorial before departure
- Requires confidence riding a bicycle and navigating independently
- Not recommended for riders under 5 feet tall or with low physical fitness
- Not recommended for pregnancy, back problems, heart problems, or other serious medical conditions
- Weight limit is 260 lbs for larger e-bikes; smaller e-bike limits vary by model
- A temporary $100 credit-card hold per vehicle, not included in the listed price, is released after an undamaged return
- Up to $1,300 may be charged for severe damage, theft, or complete loss of the e-bike
- Rides do not operate during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or severe weather
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before start. Within 72 hours, refund requests are reviewed at the operator's discretion. A 30% cancellation fee applies after you confirm a weather reschedule.

Your bike rental has a full-throttle system, so you can pedal or cruise without pedaling.
This rental is not recommended if you have not ridden a bicycle within the last seven years. No refunds are issued if you arrive and cannot ride the e-bike.
Rides do not operate during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or other severe weather. If your rental is cancelled, you can reschedule for another day or receive a full refund.
