Important details
- Ages 4+ only
- Arrive no later than your stated arrival time; groups may depart without late arrivals
- Wear old sneakers or sturdy sandals; flip-flops, Crocs, loose sandals, and bare feet aren't allowed
- Include at least one adult in each raft; groups under 5 people may be combined with others
- Leave valuables, coolers, alcohol, glass containers, pets, and non-waterproof cameras out of the raft
- The listed price does not include 6% taxes and fees or a $3.50 per-person access charge
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations two weeks in advance; 50% refund for cancellations one week in advance; no refund thereafter. No refunds for day-of-trip cancellations.

FAQs
Expect to get wet. Wear a swimsuit or T-shirt and shorts on warm days; bring a windbreaker in cooler weather. Avoid cotton, and secure glasses with reliable straps. Wetsuits are available to rent.
Bring a simple lunch and have it with you before boarding the shuttle. A waterproof lunch container is provided for each raft.
Organize your group into teams of 5, 6, or 7 before getting life jackets. Groups smaller than 5 will be combined with other groups.
