- For travelers under 18 attending without a parent or legal guardian at check-in, have a parent or legal guardian complete the waiver before the tour

- Expect tours to be modified, delayed, or canceled for unsafe weather conditions at the captain's discretion
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels for any reason.
FAQs
Bring sunglasses, a hat, camera or phone, bug spray, a reusable water bottle, and optional snacks. Bring a light jacket or towel for cooler months, wind, or splashing.
Use any open-face parking space on the property or the large blacktop lot on the right as you enter. Do not park underneath the hotel unless you are a registered Reefhouse Resort guest; unauthorized vehicles may be ticketed or towed at the owner's expense.
Use the designated Pirates Cove Watersports areas before and after your tour. Resort guest areas and amenities are reserved for registered Reefhouse Resort guests wearing a valid guest wristband; Gus's Grille is open to the public.
