- Arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and a boat safety tutorial
- Operator must be age 21+ with a valid driver's license
- Wear life preservers at all times for children age 12 and under
- Do not use alcohol while operating the boat
- Do not smoke cigarettes or use drugs on the boat
- Do not tube or water-ski from the boat
- Do not beach the pontoon at public beaches
- Return within 15 minutes of the scheduled time; later returns incur a late fee equal to the hourly rate plus an additional penalty
- Accept financial responsibility for watercraft damage or lost equipment

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a refund. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Reservations will be rescheduled in foul weather, including steady downpour, lightning, or high winds.
