Know before you go

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before your trip time
• Complete the liability waiver before arrival; a parent or guardian must complete waivers for anyone under 18
• Watch the 1-minute orientation video before float day and share it with your group
• Bring no personal tubes, Styrofoam coolers or glass
• Expect a separate Givhans Ferry State Park entry and parking fee, not included in the listed price: $6 per adult, with child and senior discounts
• Float rain or shine; pull over to the bank and stay in your tube if thunder or lightning begins
• Stay on the float route, as pickup is not available once your float begins and private property may not be used to exit the river
