Important details
- Ages 12+ only
- Rider weight limit: 250 lbs
- Complete a waiver before entering the water; a parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and water bottle
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows. Reschedule free up to 48 hours before; later changes may incur a 25% rebooking fee, subject to availability. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, choose a full refund or free reschedule.
