Important details
- Ages 12+ only
- Rider weight limit: 250 lbs
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen, and water bottle
- A waiver is required before entering the water; a parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18
- Drone footage costs $77 extra and is settled on-site only if available; availability depends on pilot schedule, weather, location, and required FAA clearance
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours ahead for a full refund; cancel 24–48 hours ahead for a 50% refund. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows. Reschedule free up to 48 hours ahead; within 48 hours, a 25% fee may apply. If canceled for weather or safety, choose a full refund or free reschedule.
