Important details
- Ages 18+ only for efoil use; minors may join the charter but cannot use the efoil
- Ages 21+ required for the main charter
- Expect general efoil guidance only; hands-on in-water instruction and assistance are not provided
- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrival reduces your time on the water
- Groups of 7–13 passengers are bareboat charters; if using an independent captain from the referral list, captain and fuel cost $100 per hour, paid directly to the captain on arrival and not included in the listed price
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets at home

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Fourth of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day Weekend bookings are nonrefundable one month before departure. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.

FAQs
Yes. For 7+ passengers, USCG regulations require a Bareboat Charter and the captain and fuel are paid separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due upon arrival and paid directly to your captain. Group size is based on the number of passengers at the time of booking (each guest counts, no matter the age).
You’ll get general guidance, but this is not a formal in-water lesson. Hands-on in-water instruction or assistance is not provided.
Efoil use is limited to guests ages 18 and older. Minors are welcome aboard the boat but may not participate in the efoil activity.
