Know before you go
- Arrive for the scheduled 9:00 AM pickup; departures wait no more than 10 minutes
- Ages 12+ only
- Maximum weight 220 lbs; harness fit is relative to height
- Requires good health and physical condition for uneven, slippery terrain, moving water, steep ledges, and sustained hills
- Pregnancy is not advised due to the high-risk activities
- Wear shorts or long pants, not jeans, plus a T-shirt and hiking sandals or old sneakers; no flip-flops
- A credit card is required for the reservation
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Groups of 6 or more need 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or low participation.
FAQs
Bring a change of clothes, towel, snacks, day pack, sandals for after the adventure, camera, rain jacket or poncho, and any necessary medication.
Return is expected between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, depending on the number of people on the tour.
Puerto Rico uses Atlantic Standard Time, which is one hour later than Eastern Standard Time when clocks are set back for Daylight Saving Time.
