Important details
- Arrive for the scheduled 9:00 AM pickup; departures wait no more than 10 minutes
- Ages 12+ only
- Maximum weight 220 lbs; harness fit is relative to height
- Requires good health and physical condition for uneven, slippery terrain, moving water, steep ledges, and sustained hills
- Pregnancy is not advised due to the high-risk activities
- Wear shorts or long pants, not jeans, plus a T-shirt and hiking sandals or old sneakers; no flip-flops
- A credit card is required for the reservation
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Groups of 6 or more need 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or low participation.
