- Arrive 45 minutes before your activity start time for check-in
- Rider weight limit: 235 lbs
- Carry-on weight limit: 8 lbs, including backpacks, purses, and handbags
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by someone age 18 or older
- Wear closed shoes, such as sneakers or boots, and long trousers
- Pets and service animals are allowed but cannot participate in activities
- The cardholder must be present with the physical credit card used for the reservation and matching state-issued photo ID; virtual cards are not accepted
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice. No refunds or changes for reservations booked within 24 hours of departure. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
