Important details
- Ages 7+ only; children must be at least 4 ft 8 in tall
- Minors age 18 and under require a 21+ adult companion
- Weight limit 250 lbs (113 kg); safety equipment must fit properly
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe tennis shoes; bathing suits, water shoes, flip-flops, and sandals are not allowed
- Requires a small amount of walking and is not wheelchair accessible
- Cannot participate during pregnancy or with back problems, heart conditions, recent surgery or injuries, seizure disorders, balance problems, or other serious medical conditions
- A waiver is required
- Alcohol or drug impairment is not permitted
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup for up to 6 people, or 72 hours for 7+ people, to receive your full deposit back. Same-day reservations, no-shows, unused spaces, and last-minute cancellations are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
