Know before you go
- Ages 8–70 only; ages 8–13 must share a kayak with an adult, and ages 14–17 need an adult on the tour
- Weight limit is 240 lbs per person and 425 lbs combined per two-person kayak; weight checks apply
- Requires good physical condition, upper-body strength, and comfort on moderate-to-strenuous terrain and in dark environments
- Not wheelchair accessible; recent surgery, pregnancy, casts, neck, back, arm or leg problems, epilepsy, heart conditions, dizziness, or panic concerns prevent participation
- Requires effective verbal communication in English or Spanish
- Wear closed-toe hiking shoes with grip and clothes that can get wet; bring a bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, and water bottle
- Bring money for dinner, which is not included
- Complete the required waiver before participating
- Tour operates rain or shine unless canceled for weather-related safety reasons
- Tour requires a minimum of 8 guests
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Groups of 10 or more must cancel at least 2 weeks before the excursion for a full refund; spaces that cannot be resold are charged. Late arrivals and no-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels due to weather, alternatives or a full refund are offered.

Saturday's Bio Bay & Rainforest Combo Tour is about 1 hour longer and more strenuous than Sunday–Friday tours. It requires strong physical fitness and the ability to bring your knees to your chest.
No. Signs of intoxication from drugs or alcohol prevent participation.
Eat a good breakfast before pickup. Dinner is around 4:00 pm and is not included; light snacks and refreshments are provided during both parts of the tour.
