Know before you go
- Ages 5+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Arrive at the designated lobby 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time
- Wear closed-toe boots or sneakers with grip
- Expect steep, slippery and narrow trails, plus loose stones on some sections
- Bring a raincoat or fleece, towel, change of clothes, sun protection, snacks and cash for food
- Do not consume food or beverages inside the vehicle
- Expect variable rainforest weather and possible flash flooding; hiking, views and swimming depend on conditions

Receive a full deposit refund when you cancel up to 48 hours before scheduled pickup. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged the full price.
