- Ages 7+ only
- Maximum weight is 230 lbs (103 kg) per person, with no exceptions
- Requires walking on steep, rocky, uneven, muddy trails and coordinated paddling in a two-person kayak
- Not suitable for pregnant persons or those with injuries, recent surgery, knee or back problems, mobility impairments, or serious medical conditions
- Requires understanding English or Spanish
- Legally blind or deaf participants require a private tour with dedicated assistance
- Wear closed-toe shoes with good grip for the rainforest and water shoes, strapped sandals, or flip-flops for Bio Bay; bare feet are not allowed
- Wear the provided lifejacket and helmet for water activities
- Arrive at the designated pickup location on time; the bus waits 5 minutes
- Travel light: no lockers are available, and belongings stay on the bus; use a waterproof case for your cell phone
- Expect the rainforest route to depend on weather and river conditions; Bio Bay kayaking may operate in rain but not during thunderstorms or serious conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled bus pickup for groups of up to 6, or 72 hours before for groups of 7 or more, for a full deposit refund. Same-day reservations are nonrefundable. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
