- Legally blind or deaf participants require a private tour with dedicated assistance
- Wear closed-toe hiking shoes for the rainforest and water shoes or strapped sandals for Bio Bay; bare feet are not permitted
- Use a lifejacket and helmet for water activities
- Travel light; no lockers are available and belongings remain on the bus
- Bring a waterproof case if carrying a cell phone

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24 hours before scheduled pickup for a full deposit refund for up to 6 people; 72 hours for 7+. Same-day reservations are nonrefundable. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
