- Arrive 45 minutes before your activity start time
- Rider weight limit: 235 lbs
- Carry-ons, including backpacks, purses, and handbags, have an 8 lb weight limit
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by someone age 18 or older
- Closed-toe sneakers or boots and long trousers are required
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation and matching state-issued photo ID; virtual cards are not accepted
- Pets and service animals may accompany you but cannot participate in activities
