Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with 24 hours' notice before departure. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or changes for bookings made less than 24 hours before departure. No-shows are charged full price. Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure; arrivals after departure are not refunded or rescheduled.
