Important details
- Ages 7+ only; participants must weigh at least 60 lbs
- Requires climbing and walking on steep, rocky, uneven, muddy terrain and coordinated paddling in a two-person kayak
- Pregnancy, previous injuries, back or knee problems, recent surgery, and serious medical conditions cannot participate
- Requires understanding English or Spanish
- Wear closed-toe hiking or tennis shoes with good grip; shoes will get wet and muddy
- Wear a lifejacket and helmet as required during the tour
- Have a good breakfast before departure
- Complete a waiver before participating
- Tour operates only when weather and river conditions are safe
- Travel light; no lockers are available. Leave electronics, important documents, large amounts of cash, and credit cards behind; use a waterproof case for your phone
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before scheduled pickup for a full deposit refund. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged the full price. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
