Know before you go
- Ages 6+ only
- Check in at 9:15 am; the tour starts at 9:30 am
- Complete electronic waivers in advance
- Wear hiking or walking shoes that can get dirty; flat soles offer better grip on slippery rocks and mud
- Bring water shoes for rocky river sections and a swimsuit if you plan to swim
- Requires an easy-to-moderate walk on uneven, muddy, slippery terrain
- Not recommended for pregnancy or limited mobility
- Arrive by rental or owned vehicle, or use the operator's transportation service; forest regulations prohibit Uber, taxis, and rideshares
- Expect cancellations when forecasts show a 50% or higher chance of rain, winds above 18 knots, or potential thunderstorms
Cancellation Policy
Receive a refund when you cancel at least 24 hours ahead for 1–5 participants, 48 hours ahead for 6–9, or 7 days ahead for 10+. Late arrivals and no-shows aren't refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or mechanical failure.

Complete your electronic waiver in advance and screenshot any information you may need before entering the forest, where cellphone signal may be limited.
Leave non-waterproof cameras, important paper documents, expensive jewelry, large sums of money, and anything you would not want to get wet or lose.
