Pickup & Welcome: You will be picked up at your preferred hotel, resort, residence, Airbnb or cruise port in San Juan, Isla Verde or Condado (hotels in Rio Grande or Fajardo may require a nearby meeting point).

Important details
- Ages 10–60 only
- Weight limit 285 lbs
- Bring a valid license or birth certificate as proof of age
- Requires walking on steep, rocky, muddy, and uneven surfaces without assistance
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with recent injuries, back problems, heart conditions, or serious medical issues
- Wear a bathing suit and sneakers with good grip before departure; Yeezy slides, Crocs, sandals, and water shoes are not allowed
- Bring a towel and a change of clothes
- Sign a waiver before the activity and wear the supplied life jacket and helmet
- No food, coffee, or drinks are allowed in the vehicle except water
- No bug spray is allowed
- Expect a longer, more challenging hike on Saturdays
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations and changes less than 24 hours before start are not accepted or refunded. If canceled due to poor weather or minimum traveler numbers, you’ll be offered a different date or experience, or a full refund.
