Important details

• The primary renter must be 18 or older. Bring a valid ID.
• Bike operators must be at least 13. Ages 13–15 require a parent accompanying them; ages 16–17 may ride alone, but a parent must be present to sign the waiver and take responsibility for the bike’s condition on return.
• Bike operators must weigh under 250 lbs. The cargo box weight limit is 400 lbs.
• Proficient bicycle-riding skills, balance, and coordination are required.
• This experience is not recommended if you have back or heart problems.
• Dogs are welcome. Keep your dog leashed or safely contained in the front box.
• City-lot parking is not included in the listed price. Rates vary from $2 to $8 per hour, with paid parking enforced daily from 10 AM to 6 PM; parking outside those hours is free.
• Wear a helmet and complete the required waiver before riding.
• Keep the bike off the beach, soft sand, and surf. Ride responsibly, and do not use your phone while pedaling.
• Nearby street parking has a 3-hour limit. Do not park in the ice cream, donut, and liquor store lot immediately south of the rental shop.
• Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in, orientation, and bike fitting. Return full-day rentals by 5 PM.
