- Minimum rental age: 25.
- Each driver needs a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Bring your license and insurance information to check-in.
- The rear-facing seat has a maximum combined weight limit of 400 lbs.
- Only lap belts are available. Child seats requiring a shoulder belt cannot be used, and children who require those seats cannot ride. Child safety and booster seats are not provided.
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID to check-in. The cardholder name must match the booking contact name. A credit card must remain on file throughout the rental.
- A maximum of 3 drivers is allowed per reservation. Each driver must complete an agreement waiver before or at check-in.
- Follow all traffic and safety laws. Roads with speed limits above 35 mph and bridges leaving the islands are off-limits. Careless or reckless driving is prohibited.
- Wear your lap belt at all times, with no more than one passenger per seat.

No. Delivery and pickup are mornings only, and preferred times are accommodated where possible. You'll receive a text 12–24 hours before each with an arrival window. Each handoff takes less than 15 minutes.
