Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before your session for a full refund; cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund within 24 hours or for no-shows. Reschedule free up to 48 hours before; within 48 hours, a 25% rebooking fee may apply, subject to availability. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, choose a full refund or free reschedule.
