Important details

• Ages under 100 only. Infants and children count toward the boat's passenger limit.
• The nominated driver must be over 21. No boating license is required. Bring a copy of valid identification, such as a driver's license.
• The boat is stroller- and wheelchair-accessible. A companion is required for anyone using a wheelchair or mobility equipment.
• The legal drinking age is 18. Bring valid ID as proof of age if drinking alcohol.
• A $500 security bond, separate from the listed price, is held on a valid credit or debit card before the hire. It is released if there is no damage or incident and you return the boat on time and as clean as received. Release may take seven business days, depending on your bank.
• Additional charges are not included in the listed price: $50 per 15 minutes for late return, $100 if the boat is returned in an unacceptably dirty condition, and $250 for assistance required because of driver error or failure to follow instructions. You are responsible for all damage during the hire.
• Do not smoke onboard. Evidence of smoking results in forfeiture of the $500 security bond.
• Complete the hire agreement before departure. The nominated driver is responsible for passenger safety and must follow all applicable boating rules.
• The driver must maintain a blood alcohol level of 0.00 throughout the hire. Anyone who appears intoxicated may be refused service.
• Bring a charged, functioning mobile phone and remain reachable throughout the hire. Report any incidents or injuries during the hire.
• Do not fish or swim from the boat. Weapons and illegal substances are prohibited. Do not feed wildlife or damage the ecosystem.
• River closures may affect the cruising route.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start for the boat operation and safety briefing. If you arrive late, your hire still ends at the original time.
