- Legal ceremonies require a marriage license obtained before the ceremony; a valid driver's license or passport is needed to secure it
- Ceremonies may be performed in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, or Italian, subject to advance availability
- Only camera phones may be used during the ceremony; outside professional photographers and videographers are not permitted
- If arranging your own transportation, arrive at the property 30 minutes before your reserved time
- Separate cash fees due at the ceremony are not included in the listed price: $60 minister fee, $40 driver's gratuity, and $25 photographer's gratuity
Cancellation Policy
100% refund more than 48 hours before your booked date and time. 50% refund 24–48 hours before. No refund less than 24 hours before or for no-shows.

Round-trip transportation is available from Las Vegas Strip and Downtown hotels for up to 4 passengers. Pickup is scheduled 45 minutes to 1 hour before the ceremony, depending on your hotel location. Food, beverages, and smoking are not permitted.
