- Arrive at the boat 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals shorten your time on the water
- Allow extra time for parking on weekends and holidays
- For groups of 1–6, the main charterer must be age 21 or older
- Count every person in your party as a passenger, regardless of age
- Groups of 7–10 operate as bareboat charters, with the captain or operator separate from the charter
- If using a referred captain, captain service and fuel cost $100 per hour and are paid directly upon arrival; this is not included in the listed price
- Self-operation requires a United States Coast Guard Master's license, 100 days of Lake Tahoe experience, and insurance covering the boat and marina
- Leave glass, red wine, overly messy foods, and pets behind
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 10 days before start. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. Holiday cancellations are nonrefundable within one month of 4th of July Fireworks, Memorial Day Weekend, the week of July 4, and Labor Day Weekend. Full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.

Yes. If you book 7+ passengers, U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) regulations require a bareboat charter and you pay the captain and fuel separately in addition to your prepaid charter fee. An additional $100 per hour is due on arrival and paid directly to your captain. If you book 7+ but arrive with fewer, you still pay this additional $100 per hour.
No. Use the restroom at the marina near the parking lot before you board. Your captain can stop along the way if needed.
Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a camera/phone, and a jacket or sweatshirt. If you plan to swim, bring a swimsuit and towel (towels aren’t provided). You can bring your own food and drinks. Do not bring glass, red wine, pets/animals, or overly messy foods.
