• Drivers must be age 25+ or hold a North Carolina Boater License
• Maximum total weight on the boat is 1,700 lbs
• Do not dock at restaurants or private docks, or return to the public ramp during your rental
• Infants under 20 lbs need a baby life jacket; bring your own if one is not available onboard
