Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations or group-size changes within 7 days of the tour. The full tour amount is charged 48 hours before the tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to bad weather; weather rescheduling is available at no charge when possible.
FAQs
Wear closed-toe shoes; running shoes work well for wet canyons. Do not wear flip-flops or sandals. Dress for the day's weather and bring light layers, 2 liters of water per person (3 liters in summer), snacks if needed, sunscreen, and sunglasses.
Use the provided harness, helmet, gloves, rappel device, and backpack if needed.
Bring a camera, GoPro with an extra battery, or phone. Bring your own dry bag to protect it in a wet canyon.
