Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or group-size changes within 7 days are nonrefundable. You will be charged the full tour amount 48 hours before your tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to bad weather. Weather rescheduling is free if possible; other rescheduling costs $50 per day.

Wear close-toed shoes; do not wear flip-flops or sandals. Running shoes work well for wet canyons. Dress for the day's conditions and bring a light layer or multiple layers.
Bring 2 liters of water per person, or 3 liters during summer.
Your guide provides a harness, helmet, gloves, rappel device, and a backpack if needed.
