Cancellation Policy
Fully refundable within 48 hours of purchase; afterward, no refunds for any reason. Reschedule without penalty at least 48 hours before your reservation. A $150 fee applies to rescheduling 47 hours or less before your reservation. Reschedule and complete your experience within one year of the original reservation. The activity runs rain or shine.
