Captain makes weather go/no-go at departure. If the operator cancels (no-go), you can reschedule or get a full refund. Cancel more than 2 weeks ahead for a full refund. Cancel within 2 weeks to 72 hours for a refund less your deposit. Cancel less than 72 hours: fees may be forfeited.

Your captain makes the weather go/no-go decision at the time of departure. The captain/guide has the ultimate responsibility for your safety, and departure may be delayed due to passing weather.
No. The operator states that, except for the Private Photo Safari, their tours are not subject to the additional U.S. National Park Service entrance fee for non-US citizens.
