Cancellation Policy
Booking fees, if any, are refundable with 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Groups under 5 may be charged US$2 per person for late cancellation or no-show.

Plan for a moderate walk of about 6–7 km (3.5–4 miles). You’ll be on your feet for nearly 2 hours, with short breaks to sit, and you may go up or down some hills.
Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, and layers (plus an umbrella) for changing weather. Bring cash or a credit card for a tip; a suggested tip is $30 per person.
If you’re late, look for the red umbrella around Dorchester Square. Once the tour has departed, you may not be able to connect with the guide.
