Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the tour. From 14–30 days, receive a 50% refund if a date change is unavailable. Deposits are nonrefundable within 14 days; no refunds are given 7–14 days before the tour or within 48 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels.

Sign the waiver before your tour.
Bring boots, hand and toe warmers, extra wool socks, mittens or gloves, a hat and scarf that cover your ears, and a phone charger or battery bank. Electronics can drain quickly in the cold.
