- Ages 7+ only
- Minors ages 7–17 require an adult in the same kayak
- Maximum weight is 230 lbs (103 kg) per person; participants may be weighed on arrival
- Requires coordinated paddling in a two-person kayak for extended periods and comfort in the dark
- Not suitable for pregnant people or those with injuries, back problems, or recent surgery
- Wear water shoes or strapped sandals; bare feet are not allowed
- Bring a towel and change of clothes, and wear a bathing suit underneath
- Leave valuables and important documents behind; no locker facilities are available
- Expect the tour to operate in rain; the guide may cancel for thunderstorms or serious conditions

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup for groups of up to 6, or 72 hours before for groups of 7 or more, for a full deposit refund. Same-day reservations, no-shows, late cancellations, and unused spaces are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon and may range from very visible to minimal or not visible. Moon phase can affect visibility; a tarp may be used to help you appreciate the glow.
All kayaks on the BioBay kayak tour are two-person kayaks. If your group has an uneven number of participants, one person will be paired with another participant.
Your 6:00 PM group may be moved to the first departure if the minimum number of participants is not met.
