- Arrive 30 minutes before tour time; late arrivals cannot join

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours' notice for groups of up to 10, or 2 weeks' notice for groups of 11–30. No refunds if the tour is not completed, for no-shows or late arrivals, or for low or no bioluminescence. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
