Know before you go

• Ages 5+ only; participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Arrive for catamaran check-in between 7:00 and 7:45 AM and Bio Bay check-in at 5:15 PM
• Requires paddling a two-person kayak through mangroves at night; expect to get wet from the waist down
• Weight limit: 250 lbs per person and 450 lbs per double kayak
• Not suitable during pregnancy or with recent surgery or heart, back, neck, wrist, or arm problems
• Sign a waiver before arrival and bring the credit card used for the reservation with matching valid photo ID
• Bring non-spray sunscreen, a swimsuit, towel, dry change of clothes, insect repellent, and water shoes or sandals
• Leave coolers and alcoholic beverages off the catamaran; the vessel is not wheelchair accessible
