Know before you go
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in and training; paddle board rentals require arrival 30–45 minutes early
- Allow time for ferry service to Palomino Island before your rental departure
- El Conquistador Resort guests only
- Kayak rental: Ages 7+ only, with a combined passenger weight limit of 250 pounds per kayak
- Paddle board rental: Experienced paddle boarders only; ages 14+ only, with a 400-pound weight limit
- Minors renting paddle boards must be accompanied by an adult age 18+ with valid photo ID
- Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Participation is not permitted for pregnancy, recent surgery, epilepsy, heart conditions, dizziness, abnormal blood pressure, or neck, back, arm, or leg problems or casts
- English or Spanish communication is required
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full, with no rescheduling or refunds.
