Important details

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in and training; paddle board rentals require arrival 30–45 minutes early
• Allow time for ferry service to Palomino Island before your rental departure
• El Conquistador Resort guests only
• Kayak rental: Ages 7+ only, with a combined passenger weight limit of 250 pounds per kayak
• Paddle board rental: Experienced paddle boarders only; ages 14+ only, with a 400-pound weight limit
• Minors renting paddle boards must be accompanied by an adult age 18+ with valid photo ID
• Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Participation is not permitted for pregnancy, recent surgery, epilepsy, heart conditions, dizziness, abnormal blood pressure, or neck, back, arm, or leg problems or casts
• English or Spanish communication is required
