Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your trip. No refund for cancellations 3–6 days before or within 48 hours of the trip. Full refund if the captain cancels due to unsafe sea conditions, engine failure, or technical boat issues. Rain alone does not cancel the trip unless the captain determines it is unsafe to navigate.
