- SEABOB underwater scooter users must be sober, confident open-water swimmers, and free of conditions or medication that could impair safe use
- SEABOB users are financially responsible for damage, loss, theft, cleaning, repairs, and replacement; the card on file may be charged up to $15,000 for replacement

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before service for a full refund. Cancel 10–29 days before service for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations fewer than 10 days before service.

Water conditions may require a different destination or cancellation at the marina. Rerouted charters are not eligible for discounts or refunds; if the charter is canceled at the marina, you’ll receive a full refund.
Private transportation to the departure point is included only when arranged. Otherwise, transportation is not included.
