Important details
- Arrive by 4:00 PM for check-in; departure is at 4:30 PM
- Ages 5+ only
- Travelers age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Complete the waiver before boarding and bring a valid ID that matches it
- Cannot participate during pregnancy or with recent surgery, neck, back, arm, or leg injuries, epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness
- Expect open-water conditions that may be choppy or bumpy; the captain may adjust the route or island stops for safety
- Bring a swimsuit or clothes that can get wet, water shoes, towels, medications, and a small bag
- Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two; pets and service animals must wear life jackets
- Leave jewelry, coolers, glass bottles, illegal substances, and items that should not get wet behind
- If you get seasick easily, take medication with food at least 1 hour before departure
- An action-camera rental is available for $40 per day, including an SD card; it is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure and 50% of the booking is charged. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels due to weather, you will not be charged.
