Important details
- Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure for check-in
- Sign the electronic waiver for every participant, including minors in your party
- Bring valid photo identification and the credit card used for the booking; both names must match the booking contact name
- Bring a towel, light clothing over your swimsuit, and lotion sunblock rather than spray sunblock
- Not suitable for pregnant travelers or people with severe mobility limitations
- Expect the beach stop and vessel to change if water conditions, weather, capacity, or operations require it
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure to avoid full charges or penalties. Late arrivals and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to weather, you will be refunded or rescheduled at no charge.
