Important details
- Optional zip line rides require ages 3+ for the lower line and ages 8+ for the upper line. Maximum rider weight is 250 pounds.
- Pets are welcome. Keep your pet on a 6-foot nonretractable leash and at least 20 feet from farm animals.
- Leave masks and outside food and drinks behind.
- A photography pass is required for staged photos or video beyond a quick, casual 30-second shot, or for photography equipment, props or wardrobe changes. Photo shoots are restricted to the designated tree field and pumpkin patch. The pass covers the photographer's admission only; no photographer is provided.
- For timed tickets, arrive within your entry window. Early entry may not be available on busy days; late arrivals are admitted when they arrive. Enter at least 1 hour before closing.
Cancellation Policy
Tickets and season passes are non-refundable. You may rebook to a different day or time within 30 minutes of your ticketed arrival time. Rain may temporarily close some activities. If the farm cancels an event due to forecast severe weather, you'll be notified by email with rebooking options.

FAQs
Yes, but the farm is unpaved, with activities spread across several acres. Avoid paths with thicker sand. Larger wheels are recommended for strollers and wagons. Designated accessible parking is just outside the ticketed entrance.
Pumpkins, Baby Boo Pumpkin Painting, petting zoo feed, rubber duckies and zip line rides are not included in admission. Zip line tickets are available only at the gate.
Bring one water bottle per person; no other outside food or drinks are allowed. Food, snacks and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are available to purchase at the farm.
