Cancellation Policy
Deposits are nonrefundable for cancellations or group-size changes within 7 days of the tour. The full tour amount is charged 48 hours before the tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to bad weather; rescheduling due to weather is free when possible.
FAQs
Wear close-toed shoes; running shoes work well in wet canyons. Avoid flip-flops and sandals. Dress in layers for the day’s weather, and bring 2 liters of water per person (3 liters in summer) plus snacks if needed.
You’ll be provided a harness, helmet, gloves, and rappel device. A backpack is available if needed for the Family Canyoneering Half Day.
