Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your activity for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. For late cancellations, every attempt will be made to reschedule. If the operator cancels due to weather, your activity will be rescheduled or you'll receive a refund for all or the portion you could not complete.
