Things to know
Children must weigh at least 50 lbs and ride in a tandem with an adult. A minimum of four participants is required for group tours. All guests must sign a waiver before launching.
Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before the activity. Cancellations 13 to 2 days prior receive a 50% refund via gift card. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows. Operator may cancel for unsafe weather and will offer reschedule or full refund. For private groups of eight or more, the $500 deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before the event.
