Things to know
Arrive 15 minutes early. Riders 18+ must show a valid ID and sign a waiver; a parent or guardian must complete paperwork for minors. A credit card is kept on file for damages, and reckless riding may end your rental without refund.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable. Free rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows cannot reschedule. In inclement weather, start time may shift by up to 2 hours. If canceled due to weather, you will be rescheduled on the next available time or offered a refund.
