Things to know
Arrive at least 15 minutes early; arriving late may be considered a no show and charged in full. A credit card must be left on file and may be charged for damage. Guests 18+ need a valid ID and must sign a rental agreement and waiver; a parent or guardian must sign for riders under 18.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable with free rescheduling at least 24 hours before start. No-shows cannot reschedule. In inclement weather, the operator may move the time up to 2 hours. If canceled due to weather, you will be rescheduled or offered a refund.
