Cancel 72+ hours before start for a full refund. Cancel within 72 hours and you pay the full cost. If the captain cancels due to inclement weather, you will be rebooked or get a full refund.
FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before departure to check in. Boarding starts 15 minutes before departure, and the boat leaves no later than the scheduled time.
Check in at the floating office at the end of the long wooden pier. Walk down the pier, then turn left to find the office with an Island Head sign.
If you or your group miss the scheduled departure, there are no refunds or reschedules.
